What happened

DTEK Dnipro Grids said a Russian FPV drone struck one of its energy facilities in a frontline district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast overnight on 28 September, setting equipment on fire. The fire was quickly extinguished and no personnel were injured. DTEK said its crews restored electricity to approximately 10,000 homes affected by the attack. The company also reported separate recent drone damage to an administrative building and service vehicle at one of its sites, but did not publish enough detail to establish whether those impacts occurred at this facility or constituted separate incidents.
