What happened
The products tanker Hafnia Nile, carrying naphtha, collided with the crude tanker Ceres I northeast of Pedra Branca; both vessels caught fire. Singapore's Ministry of Transport investigated the collision. This was an accidental maritime casualty, not an attack.
