What happened
Ukraine's SBU and Navy struck the sanctioned shadow-fleet tanker Kairos with long-range "Sea Baby" naval drones while it was empty and heading to Russia's Novorossiysk terminal; the tanker caught fire and was later left stranded off Bulgaria's coast. All crew were evacuated safely.
