What happened

Russian forces carried out a combined daytime attack on Mykolaiv using Shahed-type drones and, according to the regional administration's following-day update, an Iskander-M ballistic missile. Port and civilian infrastructure were damaged, including administrative, production and warehouse premises. Three men aged 21, 47 and 62 were injured; two were reported in critical condition the following morning. Authorities did not identify the port facility or report its operating status. This was reported separately from the overnight 1–2 October drone attacks on port and energy infrastructure elsewhere in Mykolaiv district.
