What happened

Two above-ground storage tanks exploded and burned at NuStar Energy's fuel terminal in Crockett, California, which stored ethanol, diesel and jet fuel. The fire burned for roughly two days and prompted a shelter-in-place order for nearby residents. This was an accidental industrial incident, not an attack.
