What happened

Armed attackers entered the Pattani Green biomass power plant in Lipa Sa-ngo subdistrict from the rear, threatened staff and security personnel, and set explosives. Reporting described at least one and possibly three explosions; authorities sealed the plant for explosive-ordnance checks and temporarily closed Highway 418.
