What happened

Ukrainian fuel retailer WOG said on 23 September that two of its oil depots had been damaged in targeted Russian strikes over the preceding several days. The company reported no injuries among employees or civilians and said it was assessing the damage while working to maintain normal network operations. WOG did not disclose the depots' locations, the exact strike dates, storage capacities, weapons used or damage extent. This grouped record therefore uses a country-level marker and does not infer two precise impact points. It is distinct from the individually identified Ukrnafta and UPG filling stations hit during the 23 September Kyiv assault.
