What happened

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium said two more tankers were struck by drones at and near its Black Sea marine terminal. The Marshall Islands-flagged Nissos Sifnos, chartered to lift Kazakh crude, was hit while loading and a fire broke out on its cargo deck near the oil manifolds; the crew and CPC auxiliary vessels extinguished it. The Isle of Man-flagged Marathi was attacked roughly six nautical miles from the terminal while approaching to load. CPC reported no casualties and no oil spill, and loading was suspended again. Damage assessment was still under way when this entry was added, and responsibility was not established in the cited reporting. This is a separate wave from the 17–21 July strikes on Nordic Zenith, Asia, Nissos Ios and NELSA at the same terminal.
