What happened

Residents reported drones, multiple explosions and a fire near the railway in Novotitarovskaya overnight on 28 September. Open-source analysts cited by ASTRA geolocated footage to the Edelweiss-95 oil depot, a wholesale fuel facility reported to have about 4,500 cubic metres of storage and its own railway siding. The Security Service of Ukraine subsequently claimed its Alpha unit struck Edelweiss-95 as part of a four-depot operation in Krasnodar Krai and reported a fire at the site. The reviewed reporting did not establish the quantity of fuel lost, duration of any shutdown or exact impact coordinates, so the marker is an approximate facility-area reference.
