What happened

Ukrainian drones struck the LUKOIL-Yugnefteprodukt oil depot at 19 Kolomiytseva Street in Mikhailovsk, Stavropol Krai — which holds 42 storage tanks with a combined capacity of about 57,600 cubic meters of gasoline, diesel and lubricants — for the third time within weeks, following earlier strikes on 9 and 13 July. Governor Vladimir Vladimirov reported fire hotspots at the site and in Stavropol's northern district; local residents reported explosions after drones and gunfire were heard overhead.
