What happened

About 9,300 kg of hydrocarbon-and-nitrogen cooling medium leaked over roughly six and a half hours while insulation was being removed near a safety valve. The plant was evacuated and production stopped for eight days. One worker was sprayed and received medical follow-up but suffered no identified permanent harm.
