What happened
Yemen's Houthi-aligned 26 September outlet reported that three Saudi airstrikes hit Kamaran Island on 23 September, injuring three civilians and destroying a station used to fuel fishing boats. A subsequent statement attributed to the Yemen Petroleum Company condemned an attack on the same facility. Yemen Window separately reported the Houthi claim of Saudi strikes on the island and cited Defence Line sources who said the strikes targeted Houthi military facilities, but it did not independently confirm the fuel-station damage or casualties.
