What happened

A Russian missile launched from Belarus struck an oil depot on the outskirts of Lutsk, exploding an oil tank and sparking a fire that took emergency crews until 8:12am to contain using water and foam. No casualties were reported. The strike came the same evening as reported missile and air-raid activity over Kyiv, Rivne, Kharkiv and Zhytomyr.
