A Ukrainian drone struck a fuel depot in Noginsk and started a fire, according to Moscow Oblast Governor Andrei Vorobyov. Authorities evacuated a nearby maternity hospital and a residential building. Ukraine's General Staff said the depot supplied the Russian armed forces, and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said an oil facility was among the targets hit during the wider overnight operation.
