27–28 July 2026
Borok, Udmurt Republic, Russia
What happened
Ukraine's General Staff said its forces struck the restricted Prioritet facility in Borok during operations on 27 July and overnight into 28 July. It described the Rosrezerv site as a strategic state oil depot used for long-term storage of fuel, petroleum products and lubricants for emergency and military requirements. Russian regional authorities reported intense air-defense activity but did not publish a facility-level damage assessment. Public imagery and OSINT accounts reported a fire, but the extent of damage and any operational effect remain unverified. The marker is approximate.
