What happened

An LPG leak during delivery/refilling operations at a filling station on Via dei Gordiani, Rome, led to a fire and two explosions, including a BLEVE-type (boiling-liquid expanding-vapor explosion) event. At least 40–45 people were injured, including police officers and firefighters, and the station was gutted. This was an industrial accident, not an attack.
