What happened

A suspected gasoline leak caused a fire on Pemex's Rosarito–Mexicali products pipeline. Pemex suspended the line, activated emergency protocols with civil protection, firefighters and the National Guard, contained product and began repairs. No injuries were reported and Pemex said the event did not pose a risk to the public. The cause remained under investigation.
