A series of explosions, reportedly from a Ukrainian ATACMS strike, rocked an oil depot in the Russian-occupied town of Rovenky, over 110km from the front line, sparking a massive fire. This site is in sovereign Ukrainian territory under Russian occupation at the time of the incident.
