What happened

A Ukrainian drone attack caused fires at the Port of Taganrog, damaging a tanker, a fuel tank and an administrative building. Rostov Oblast Governor Yury Slyusar confirmed the port fires and initially reported no casualties at the port. Two civilians were separately injured when a drone struck a private home elsewhere in Taganrog; those injuries are not attributed to the oil facility.
