What happened

A driver apparently forced a CNG refuelling connector onto an LPG-fueled vehicle at the HAM/Bionet LNG–CNG station in Tarragona, rupturing the vehicle's fuel tank and causing a deflagration. An adult and a child were injured, the vehicle and a dispenser were damaged, and the station was temporarily sealed off. This was a refuelling-error accident, not an attack.
