What happened

Vinnytsia Oblast authorities reported that Russian forces struck a railway-infrastructure facility on the morning of 29 September, with the resulting damage leaving more than 15,000 electricity customers without power. Emergency and specialist services responded at the site, and no casualties were reported. The reviewed reports did not identify the facility, weapon, precise location, damaged equipment, train-service effects or restoration time. This is separate from the 20 September drone strike on a railway facility in Vinnytsia Oblast, which caused a fire.
