What happened
Ukraine’s state railway operator said a Russian drone struck a train at Yahodyn near Poland on 13 September shortly after visiting dignitaries departed on another train. AP reported a damaged-locomotive photograph and Carl Bildt’s account that the struck train was evacuated. No casualties were reported. The operator’s suggestion that a diplomatic train was the intended target remains a claim. No energy cargo, fuel loss or direct energy-system impact is established. The marker is an approximate station-area reference, not a verified impact point.
