Yaroslavl-3 oil pumping station — drone strike
29 May 2026
Yaroslavl region, Russia
What happened
Ukrainian drones struck storage tanks at the Yaroslavl-3 oil pumping station, a key hub of the Surgut–Polotsk pipeline carrying crude from Siberia and northern Russia to the Baltic export terminals at Primorsk and Ust-Luga and onward to Belarus. Regional governor Mikhail Evrayev confirmed fires in two reservoirs with capacities of 50,000 and 20,000 cubic meters. This is distinct from the separate Slavneft-YANOS refinery in Yaroslavl, which was struck repeatedly around the same period.
