Krasnodar Krai's operational headquarters reportedly said falling drone debris caused a fire at the Afipsky refinery on 26 September. Industry sources cited by The Moscow Times placed the fire at primary crude-processing unit 22/4, rated at approximately 8,830 tonnes per day, or 47% of the refinery's primary capacity. No operator statement or independently verified shutdown was available, so the unit rating is not counted as confirmed offline capacity.
