What happened

DTEK reported that a Russian FPV drone fell at the entrance to one of its Dnipro Grids sites in a frontline district of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on the morning of 7 October and detonated. The operator said no employees were injured and described this as the ninth attack on the site since the start of September. Interfax-Ukraine carried the company’s account. The facility identity, equipment damage and any resulting electricity outage were not disclosed. The cumulative attack count is an operator statement, not nine newly verified incidents. This record covers the 7 October event only; no link to another unnamed DTEK facility is assumed. Dnipro is used as a regional reference marker, not an impact location.
