What happened

Euronews, citing Kyiv Oblast Military Administration head Timur Tkachenko on Telegram, reports that energy infrastructure facilities in Bila Tserkva and Obukhiv districts were damaged in a Russian attack overnight into 6 November. No facilities, outage figures or energy-related casualties were specified; three people were separately reported injured in Boryspil district. Ukraine's Air Force said 227 drones were launched overnight, 196 of them shot down or neutralised by 08:00. The same morning Ukrenergo ordered emergency outages in Kyiv city and Kyiv region, recorded in the national aggregate. The marker is an area approximation between the two districts, not an impact site.
