What happened
Ukrainian long-range drones struck the Ilsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai, igniting a fire that regional officials said was extinguished within hours; falling drone debris also damaged a home and a commercial site nearby. Independent Russian outlet Astra said the refinery had been struck at least 17 times since the start of the full-scale invasion.
