What happened

A drone struck a fuel-storage tank at the Ilsky refinery in Russia's Krasnodar region and caused a fire, according to Russian state reporting and a refinery source cited by Reuters. Firefighters extinguished the blaze and no casualties were reported. The reviewed reporting did not establish a refinery-wide shutdown. A second drone broke apart near the refinery on 31 May without reported damage and is not treated as a separate material incident.
