Explosions and fires struck two points on Iran’s main gas-transmission network: a high-pressure line near Borujen in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province and another line in Fars Province. Iranian Oil Minister Javad Owji described the event as deliberate terrorist sabotage; no casualties were reported, fires were contained, and repairs began after temporary supply disruption in several provinces. A week later Owji attributed the operation to Israel, but supplied no public evidence and Israel did not acknowledge responsibility.
