What happened

ICTV Facts, citing Izyum’s city military administration, reported a Russian strike around midnight on 12 October. The reported impact was on a road in the northern residential area, not a confirmed direct hit on a power facility. Electricity-network damage disconnected customers on several streets; an internet line was also hit. One injured person received medical assistance. Around 15 private houses and one apartment building were damaged. Equipment details, customer totals and restoration time were not established. The marker is an approximate city reference, not the impact location.
