What happened

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces struck the Kuban-Crimea Energy Bridge — the main entry point for electricity supply from mainland Russia to occupied Crimea via four underwater cable lines converting to overhead lines at the PP-2 Crimea transition point near Hlazivka — disrupting that conversion system and cutting the peninsula's primary Russian power-supply corridor. The same overnight operation, involving USF's 412th Nemesis Brigade and 9th Kairos Battalion among other units, also struck five power substations (Nizhnyohirsk, Nasosna-3, Novotroitske, Kalynove and Troitske), three radar stations and a training/repair base. No casualty figures were published, and no independent damage assessment or Russian-side confirmation was cited.

When cited sources give different casualty, damage or spill figures for this event, they’re reported side by side above rather than merged into one number. See how confidence levels work.
