What happened

A drone attack caused a fire at Gazprom Neft's Moscow oil refinery in the Kapotnya district during a large overnight wave against targets across Russia. Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed that a stand-alone utility building at the refinery was damaged.
