What happened

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces said its units struck 21 energy nodes across occupied parts of Donetsk, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia regions and Crimea over three days. The list comprised 15 named electrical substations and six gas-distribution stations, alongside the separately recorded strike on the Luhansk Thermal Power Plant at Shchastia. This aggregate marker records the military campaign claim rather than presenting 21 individually documented impacts. Russian-installed authorities acknowledged broad power outages in parts of the occupied east, but the reviewed sources did not independently verify damage at most listed sites, quantify equipment losses or establish a direct outage contribution for every claimed strike.

When cited sources give different casualty, damage or spill figures for this event, they’re reported side by side above rather than merged into one number. See how confidence levels work.

The 21-site list and strike outcomes are a Ukrainian military self-report. Most individual facilities lacked independent damage confirmation in the reviewed reporting.
