What happened

Local monitoring channels reported explosions and fires near the approximately 470 MW Tavriya Thermal Power Plant outside Simferopol, a radar installation near Feodosia and electrical substations in Feodosia and coastal Crimea during an overnight drone wave. Russian-installed operator Krymenergo acknowledged that multiple settlements lost electricity because of what it called external influence on power-supply facilities, while reports described blackouts across northwestern, eastern and southern parts of the peninsula. The operator did not name the affected facilities, and no independent assessment confirmed direct damage to the power plant or the scale and duration of the outages. This one approximate regional campaign marker groups the same reported strike wave; the non-energy radar claim is contextual only and is not mapped separately.
