Ukrinform, citing Ukrenergo, reported fresh attack-related outages on the morning of 24 September across eight Ukrainian regions. Repairs were underway where security permitted. This daily aggregate follows the separately recorded 23 September report; it does not establish eight individual strikes or distinct affected facilities. Separately reported weather-related outages affecting over 600 settlements are excluded from this attack record. The country-level marker is approximate because asset locations were not disclosed.
