Ukrinform, citing Ukrenergo, reported fresh attack-related outages on the morning of 25 September across six Ukrainian regions. Emergency repair and restoration work was underway where security conditions permitted. Five of the six regions overlap with the separately recorded 24 September aggregate report, so this record is a new daily operating-status update and does not establish six distinct new strikes or six newly damaged facilities. Around 150 settlements in Sumy and Poltava affected by adverse weather are excluded from this attack record. The country-level marker is approximate because asset locations were not disclosed.
