What happened

Viva Energy sounded a minor alarm after workers discovered what the company described as a small kerosene spill at its Corio refinery at about 15:20. Fire Rescue Victoria crews attended and worked with the refinery's response teams to contain and resolve the leak. The all-clear was given shortly after 17:30.
