What happened

Zhytomyr Oblast Military Administration head Vitalii Bunechko said Russian strikes from the evening of 29 September through the night of 30 September affected seven civilian facilities across the Zhytomyr, Korosten and Zviahel communities. He identified food and processing enterprises and energy facilities among the targets; four vehicles also burned. Emergency and specialist services responded, but the reviewed official reporting did not identify the energy sites, state how many of the seven were energy facilities, describe the damaged equipment or disclose casualties and power-supply effects. This grouped record represents the three named communities and does not imply that all seven sites were energy infrastructure. Its coordinate is an approximate regional reference, not an impact location.

When cited sources give different casualty, damage or spill figures for this event, they’re reported side by side above rather than merged into one number. See how confidence levels work.
