What happened

Ukrainian drones struck the Afipsky oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai overnight, sparking a fire on the grounds and damaging a building at a nearby railroad crossing. Regional officials reported falling debris at 16 properties in the settlement of Afipsky and neighboring communities, with one person injured. Afipsky is one of the largest refineries in southern Russia, with a design capacity of around 6.25 million tonnes of crude a year.
