What happened

Kuwait's electricity ministry said debris fell on a fuel tank inside the Doha West power-generation and water-distillation station while authorities were countering a drone, causing a limited fire and minor material damage. Station safety teams contained the fire, no injuries were reported, and Kuwait's electricity and water systems continued operating normally. The official notice did not attribute the drone or report a generating-unit shutdown. The marker is placed at the station complex.
