What happened
A gas leak from PT Trans Gas Indonesia's Duri–Grissik pipeline triggered an explosion and fire in Batu Ampar village, Kemuning district, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. Ten people were injured — six with severe burns and four hurt while fleeing — and the blast destroyed several vehicles and three buildings, including a tyre-repair shop and a palm-oil collection post.
