What happened

Letzte Generation activists repeatedly entered emergency-valve stations and turned shutoff wheels on crude-oil pipelines at multiple locations across Germany, including the PCK 2 line between Rostock and the Schwedt refinery. Participants attached themselves to valve equipment and waited for police. The group said it stopped oil flows; however, PCK said its pipelines remained operating during the initial 27 April action, and public reporting did not establish a refinery shutdown or sustained fuel shortage. This aggregate record documents the deliberate physical interference while preserving the dispute over actual flow interruption.
