Naftogaz acting head Serhii Fedorenko reported that an overnight Russian attack damaged a medium-pressure gas pipeline in Pryluky, temporarily leaving more than 18,000 residents without gas. Hazmerezhi crews were inspecting networks and equipment to restore service; no completion time was given. Casualties from the separate residential-building strike are not assigned to the pipeline.
