What happened

A large crude-oil fire broke out in a pump room while the refinery was starting its fluid catalytic cracking unit. Three workers were injured, a half-mile shelter-in-place was imposed and the fire was controlled around 13:30. NOAA reported that the response also involved an oil spill and firefighting foam.
