What happened

A Ukrainian drone attack caused a major fire at Lukoil's NORSI refinery in Kstovo. The strike took the AVT-6 crude-distillation unit offline, removing a substantial share of the refinery's primary capacity; later industry reporting also identified damage to the catalytic-cracking unit. Russian regional authorities confirmed the fire and said there were no casualties.
