What happened

A Ukrainian drone attack prompted the Novoshakhtinsk oil refinery to suspend operations. Rostov regional governor Vasily Golubev confirmed the attack and temporary halt; Reuters reported that the approximately 100,000 bbl/d plant resumed operations later the same day. No casualties were reported.
