What happened

Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces commander Robert Brovdi said USF drones struck 34 energy facilities in occupied Crimea and other southern and eastern occupied territories during the first week of September. Ukrainska Pravda also reported a cumulative figure of 37 facilities for the wider 'Crimean Switch Off' operation from 6 July through 9 September. Those two figures appear internally difficult to reconcile with earlier campaign reporting and were not accompanied by a site list in the reviewed article, so both are retained as attributed claims rather than treated as independently verified counts. No aggregate casualty, outage, damage or restoration figure was published. This grouped marker avoids inventing 34 individual locations and should not be added to older campaign totals without resolving overlap.

When cited sources give different casualty, damage or spill figures for this event, they’re reported side by side above rather than merged into one number. See how confidence levels work.
