What happened

DTEK said a large Russian attack caused emergency electricity outages across Odesa and parts of Odesa district, including the city's Peresypskyi and Prymorskyi districts. By Saturday morning, crews had restored service to more than 60,000 households, while 178,700 remained without power. DTEK warned that critical infrastructure and electric transport could also be disrupted and said restoration work was continuing. The operator did not identify the substations, lines or other equipment damaged, publish a megawatt loss or give a full-restoration time. The marker is therefore a regional Odesa reference rather than a claimed strike coordinate. This is a separate episode from the Odesa energy-infrastructure attacks recorded on 1, 2, 4 and 24 September.
