What happened

A drone strike set the South Zawiya 30/11 kV substation ablaze, completely burning the facility and knocking it out of service. Libya's General Electricity Company reported a complete outage at the substation and loss of supply across wide areas south of Zawiya. The marker is approximate to southern Zawiya because public reporting did not provide precise coordinates. No group claimed responsibility.
