What happened

A Ukrainian drone attack caused a fire in Taganrog's seaport at the Kurgannefteprodukt oil-products terminal, which handles the loading and unloading of petroleum products from ships. Authorities evacuated residents from affected areas; Taganrog's mayor said a private house was damaged and the roof of an administrative building caught fire. Preliminary official reporting said no one was injured. No verified assessment of damage to storage tanks or loading equipment, export interruption, product loss or repair time was published. This is a repeat attack on the Taganrog port oil complex and is separate from the terminal strike recorded on 30 May 2026 and the two Azov depot fires during the same 10 July wave.
